Charm of Shrinking

A small amulet with a crystal in which the world is reflected slightly distorted, as if seen through poorly polished glass. Those who wore it long enough noticed something strange: the space around them seemed to change its attitude toward the owner's body. Footsteps grew quieter, falls gentler, and the wearer could alter their own scale, as if the world briefly forgot what size they were supposed to be.
