Novelty Drinking Hat

An oddball hat with two curved tubes, once invented for rowdy parties and endless toasts. Over time, however, it proved far more useful on the road than at a feast. With it, flasks, potions, and any drinks can be emptied almost on the run, without breaking away from battle or losing a second for a breather.
