Shock Pendant

A pendant with a cracked crystal inside which thin electrical discharges constantly flicker. The stone keenly responds to hostile strikes, storing energy and instantly releasing it outward again. The moment an enemy touches the wearer, the crystal answers with a chain of bright sparks leaping from target to target.
