Mirror of Transgression

An ancient mirror in a darkened frame, once owned by traveling mages who trusted neither roads, nor gates, nor even the boundaries of the world itself. Its surface does not reflect a face as it should: instead of features, distant rooms, familiar rooftops, and places to which the owner is most strongly bound appear within it.
