Sinner's Crown

A heavy crown cast from darkened metal and adorned with twisted spikes, as though forced into it by sheer power. Its inner side is always warm, as if preserving the imprint of those who wore it before. They say it once belonged to a ruler who did not execute his enemies, but made them serve even after death. Every fallen foe becomes part of that procession until the debt is paid.
